Engine Utilization Terms

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By accessing and utilizing the Image Converter Pro digital workspace, you agree to be bound by these Engine Utilization Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the visual Generation engine provided by this platform.

2. Utilization License

We grant you a free, perpetual license to utilize our image transformation tools for both personal and commercial applications. This includes:

• Generating high-fidelity WebP/AVIF assets for commercial marketing.
• Batch processing digital inventories for e-commerce platforms.
• Manipulating visual media for professional design and broadcasting.

3. Acceptable Operational Bound

You agree to utilize the Image Converter Pro suite solely for legitimate and ethical visual data transfer purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Synthesizing fraudulent identification or malicious visual assets.
• Automated scraping of the platform's technical infrastructure via malicious agents.
• Attempting to compromise the client-side JavaScript sandbox or asset delivery network.

4. Intellectual Privacy

The software architecture, visual interface, and "Image Converter Pro" name are the intellectual property of UJ Studio. However, the ownership of the transformed assets (the output images) remains with the user who synthesized them. We claim no royalty or ownership over any assets produced through your local usage of the engine.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

"The Generation engine and all technical assets are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. UJ Studio disclaims all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific professional application. We do not warrant that the transformed assets will meet all platform-specific compression requirements."

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UJ Studio be liable for any damages (including loss of visual data or marketing ROI) arising from the use or inability to use the Image Converter Pro environment.
